All proposals require a seconding member. Proposing player MUST be in attendance at the AGM for any proposal to be valid and opened to the room. Proposals may be seconded at the meeting, however please make all efforts to have your proposals seconded in advance.

***IMPORTANT*** We had an issue last year with proposals being entered in other people’s names without their consent. When submitting a proposal you will receive an email with a verification link, you must click this link to verify your email address for your proposal to be valid.
