The AGM will take place on Tuesday 12th August at 8pm, upstairs at Weston Social Club on Devonshire Road.

Please include a full description of your proposal. Last year, we had issues with proposals not being described in full, which led to rules not being amended as the proposer had intended. You will have the opportunity to explain your proposal before it is voted on, but it helps us greatly if the description includes all important information.

As a reminder, according to the current rules, a representative from each team must be present at the AGM, or the team will receive a 2-point deduction in the forthcoming season.

For a proposal to be valid, it must be submitted by 8pm on Tuesday 5th August, and the proposer must attend the AGM. Any proposals received will be published on the website and Facebook group ahead of the meeting. All members are welcome to attend, but there is a maximum of two votes per team.

In addition to any proposals, the following committee positions are due for re-election:

• Chairman
• All general committee roles

If you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for one of these roles, please use the same proposal form and state which position you are nominating for.
